Non Contact Yarn Dectotrs/Cutters:Polyspin also manufactures non-contact yarn detectors and yarn cutters for all makes of draw texturising / draw twisting machines. The unique combination of detector along with cutter tremendously reduces the wastage down time and improves the yarn quality. The yarn detectors are available in single piece as well as fitted in a channel with stainless steel body.
With our polyspin electronics non contact yarn break detector system, yarn fed to each spindle is continuously monitored and in an event of yarn on breakage, the supply is cut-off prior to input nip roller, by the yarn cutter.
